The way it works is pretty simple. I host all my client’s books using Quickbooks Online. I can also use a variety of software and plugins that work with Quickbooks Online, depending on your  specific needs. I include the subscription fee for Quickbooks in my monthly bookkeeping package fees so that I can make the correct software choice for your specific situation.  This way you do not have to worry about a thing!

A common concern with remote bookkeeping is how I will access your banking, credit card, and other financial information. I will only ever VIEW your financial information. I will not be able to alter it or edit it in any way. There are numerous options to keep your information confidential and secure. We can work together by sending and receiving documents and other information through your Quickbooks Online account.  We can also use software such as Hubdoc and Dashlane to securely manage and organize your bank information, statements, and passwords.
